"IMUGEN21 DAYS" organized by Istanbul Medeniyet University, Molecular Biology and Genetics Student Society will be held between March 22-29, 2021 with the presentations of our expert scientist.
Our event will start on Monday, March 22, at 20.00 by Prof. Dr. Abdullah Karaer's presentation on Microbiota and Reproduction. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Karaer from İnönü University Faculty of Medicine carries out his studies in the field of Surgical Medical Sciences.
The organization will continue on Tuesday, March 23rd, at 19:00 with the presentation of "GPCRs as Drug Targets" by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Necla Birgül İyison. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Necla Birgül İyison is a faculty member at Boğaziçi University and conducts her studies on Wnt / beta catenin signal transduction and allatostatin receptor function.
On Wednesday, March 24, at 20:00, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nagehan Ersoy Tunalı will talk about "Huntington's Disease". Assoc. Prof. Nagehan Ersoy Tunalı is a faculty member at Istanbul Medeniyet University and conducts research on molecular biology and genomics of genetic disorders. After that, Assist Prof. Dr. Beyza Göncü will be with us at 21:00 with a presentation titled "Current Approaches in Parathyroid Transplantation". Assist Prof. Dr. Beyza Göncü is a member of Bezmialem Vakıf University and continues her studies in the fields of parathyroid transplantation and immunology.
On Monday, March 29, at 20.00, Prof. Dr. Arzu Çelik Fuss will talk about "Droshophila Melanogaster Sensory Receptors". Prof. Dr. Arzu Çelik Fuss from Boğaziçi University carries out her studies on cell type specification during eye development.
