Within the scope of TUBITAK Science Talks, Asst. Prof. Buğrayhan BİÇKİCİ, one of the faculty members of the Civil Engineering Department, came together with students at Ataşehir Primary School on 28.12.2023. Within the scope of the talk titled "Historical Water Structures (Ottoman Period - Istanbul Example)", historical water systems from the Roman and Byzantine periods to the Ottoman period, architectural elements of water systems in the Ottoman period and examples from Istanbul were discussed.
