The first of the University-Industry Cooperation Seminars organized in cooperation with our faculty and Turkcell, the seminar titled "Gamification and Applications in the Business World" was held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at the Ziraat Bank Hall of the Central Library of our University Ziraat Bank Library with the participation of Turkcell trainers Analyst Buse ÖZEN ÖZGÜR and Turkcell institution representative Mehmet ADA and our faculty members and students.
Aim and scope of the seminar: Gamification is often a little-known concept in the business world. It was first used as a real word in 2011 and started to be proposed as a business solution for workplaces. One of the ways to ensure agility in the workplace and increase employee motivation is to incorporate gamification into work. The differences between games and gamification, gamification design and examples are within the scope of this training.
